WHAT IS "BIBLIO"- MEDIATION?
BiblioMediation is a voluntary process that allows our mediators to serve as a neutral party to help resolve disputes between people and/or organizations. We use our training and experience as mediators and bibliotherapists to help people arrive at solutions to issues, over which they share in conflict.
During the confidential process, we use books and media to facilitate effective communication, negotiation, agreement writing and follow-through.
Our process encourages an environment in which everyone's values are heard, interests are considered and ethical treatment is observed.
No conflict is too small, too old or too big for our help.
